Giovanni
A Boudour is the chef and proprietor
of San Remos, located in Red Bank, New Jersey. Giovanni grew up
with a natural love for cooking and traveling. He is a graduate
of the "L'Art de Cuisine" de Nice.
Chef Giovanni began his culinary career in college while working
part time atBellisimo Restaurante,
located in the south of France. This is how Giovani earned his money
to afford his love for travel. Upon completion of college, he moved
toBergamo, Italy, 100
miles from Milan. Chef Giovanni encountered an extraordinary work
experience at one of the world's top Italian restaurants: La Casa
DellaNoche.
He started as a chef assistant under Mr.
Roberto Caskilly, the renowned "il re della cucina italiana".
In a short period of time Giovanni could compete
with his proffesor in all types of dishes. Giovanni's last destination
was to the United States. In the States, Giovanni worked in severalManhattan fine diningrestaurants
before opening his own flourishing establishment right here,in Red Bank.
